Comprehensive, kind and professional workers. I came first day for a BIAB and i was not satisfied by the first result but they gave me another appointment and made my nails done how i wanted. Thank you to Jessica and the owner for their sympathy.

Weekday pedicure, shop was quiet, I didn’t have to wait long. Just wanted a buff & file without the polish (not even a base coat) Pedicurist was polite, kind and efficient, nails are maybe a tiny bit too short but they are very neat and tidy. Rating is low because I was charged $40 for this service. The price list in the window listed a buff, file & polish for the toenails as $20, with $40 the price for gel nails on the toes. WORST nail salon in Melbourne. The only good staff member was Whitney (who is no longer working there, probably because she was tired of the attitude the staff there have). Staff were extremely unfriendly and not welcoming at all. Very disappointed in the quality of service and the lack of care given when they did my nails (on several occasions), given the amount of money they charge. Never going here again and i don't recommend them.
