They don’t even deserve the one star, firstly there’s a hair stuck in the gel, u didn’t realise it in store but when I got out and took a closer look I saw it, secondly the lady was very aggressive with the automatic file and rude when I asked her to redo some of the stuff she messed up, thirdly she rushed the nails and didn’t not do the right design I asked her to do, it was really sloppy. It was my first time there and honestly I came here because it was highly rated, but it’s all false ratings.

Don’t even wanna give one star.. the staff are rude, wouldn’t answer questions or confusions. Wouldn’t follow instructions. Don’t help their customers picking colours. We were asking for help and they would just make faces looking irritated that we didn’t know. Showing attitudes like if you wanna do it, then sit otherwise leave we don’t care. Did my nails for the first time in life but can still clearly see the nails aren’t done well and the customer service is soo poor. Would never recommend anyone.

I got my first time nails done from this salon. I had acrylic nails appointment yesterday and i asked the staff for specifically acrylic nails only. She was forcing me to instead chose shellac or sns (dipping powder) as it was $5 cheap. I clearly told her i want acrylics and she didn't listen to me at all. She did sns without asking me and didn't listen to any instructions at all.
