This place is very expensive but their work is not good. The manager is super unprofessional and rude. Went in there with a couple of friends to get our nails done. We asked Was And they gave us a price and then at the end Everyone an additional $20 and when we confronted the manager about it, she use the excuse that the person who gave us the price was too new to really know the prices and she’s the manager so what she says goes and Would not honor the pricing that was given to us when we arrived. Aug 16, 2025. I am editing a previous review where I had rated Hollywood Nails 5 stars (see burgundy color nails from 2 years ago). My yesterday experience (white nail polish pictures) was very disappointing. As a walk-in, the quality of service did not meet expectations. I was helped by Ken. The polish application was uneven, with bubbles left uncorrected, and excess polish on my skin was not removed despite my requests. I ahve done my nails there before, but on August 9, 2025 Anna was rude with me on the phone and did not wanted to take my appointment. She asked me to call another time... does that count for good service?
