The nails themselves are extremely cute, though, the service is very disrespectful. (trigger warning) I have scars on my wrists, so my anxiety goes up when anyone goes near my arms. I would've brushed it off, but the ladies doing my nails kept pointing to them and dragging their fingers over them before speaking in Vietnamese and laughing. I came here for refills and a shellac pedicure. A girl of about 14 years old was tasked with removing my shellac and with it, she took my toenails down to the nail bed and they are incredibly painful. I had to ask her to stop and she had absolutely no supervision. The look on the nail technician's face said it all when she took over. Nails were fine but one nail tip is really big according to my own nails which is irritating my skin alot and started paining no feeling worth to spend so much on it
