Every time I go to Hollywood nails I have been very happy with the service I have received there.
Very disappointing experience. The previous colour wasn’t fully removed, so I can still see it around the corners of my nails. For the French shellac, only one thin base layer was applied, which I found unusual as other salons typically use multiple layers to give strength and durability. Unsurprisingly, less than a week later one of my nails split completely because they were left weak and bendy. Overall, a waste of money and extremely disappointing.
I don’t think I’ve ever gone to such a bad nail tech in the last five years of me getting my nails done. I just got them done maybe about half an hour ago and one of them has already snapped off. When I was there they didn’t ask me what base colour I wanted and prior to that one of the nails that had been put on was bent and I had to ask about three times to change it. this could only just be me but before I get my nails painted I like to wash my hands.
