First time here. I walked in at 5:15 pm. I didn't have an appointment scheduled but they close at 7:00 pm and all I needed was a nail fill-in with 3 replaced nails. There was only one other lady waiting in there before me for her scheduled appointment. I had no problem waiting to be seen. I showed them the image of the nail design I wanted. I love this place, this is the BEST place I'm LaSalle-Peru area. They take their time with your feet, and pay attention to your toes, like if you have ingrown nails! Chamille is my go to but all the staff do a great job! Won't go anywhere else for my toes I give them 100 outta 10
tried to get my nails and toes done with an appointment for 3:30 and it took them til 4:40 to just get my nails done then rung me up 25 dollars for sitting and waiting just to get uneven nails. 0/10 would not recommend.
I recently visited Hollywood Nails for a second time for a manicure and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience similar to my last visit. Throughout the appointment, the nail tech made repeated, unsolicited negative comments about the length of my nails I'm growing out, my cuticles being dry, I should come more often, and it was uncomfortable.
