I was delighted to meet and negotiate with Greg at Hollywood Motors, during my recent search for a quality second hand family car. After visiting a few car yards and unhelpful hard sell, greasy sales staff, I finally found a car I wanted at Hollywood Motors. Greg was fantastic! I purchased a beautiful & clean 2nd hand CRV for my family. The whole process was fast and simple, and he went above and beyond replacing a couple of minor interior defects without prompting to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Honest, reliable and easy (for a car dealer, refreshing). Highly recommend!

Car, OK. Customer service, not very good. The car was in an acceptable condition considering the milage it had done. Mostly minor issues that one can fix themself without going to the dealership. They mis-advertised the rego expiry date and said that they will pay it up to the advertised date before the sale, but never ended up paying it. Tried chasing it up a couple of times but they're not very proactive after you have already paid them.
