When we purchased our used truck, we were promised assistance with refinancing and better loan terms, but that support never materialized. If I could seriously give this place zero stars I would. I don’t care how desperate you are to buy a vehicle. DON’T BUY FROM HERE!! These guys are complete scammers, I went to buy a truck from them, put half down on a truck, they told us the tag and title fees were covered then within 30 days of having the truck, the AC goes out, electrical stuff goes wrong AND they never sent me my actual tag.
