Dr Vijay is incredibly lovely, generous and kind however the receptionist named Kate taking calls at the clinic is quite the opposite. I called to enquire regarding a follow up appointment and she was very rude and sarcastic in how she was conducting herself I was quite shocked as nothing had prompted her to act this way, I asked her to slow down and calm down but this seemed to infuriate her further.
