I am so tempted to report this salon to the Better Business Bureau. My kids have been longtime customers on and off for the past 2 years. After my kids hair was done, Daniella informed me that she had raised her prices. "What?!" Now you tell me? She charged me $139 for two kids. "Where is your posted price list?" I asked. She handed me a small ass business card with prices printed on it. It stated that 32-35 braids was $74. She charged me $75 for two Goddess braids b.k.a two French braids for oldest child. I called today to see if there were any available appointments and was greeted by a person on the phone who put me on hold andforgot I was on hold. I heard every conversation that she had. When I called back, after I was directed to voice mail countless times, she gave me som lame excuse about the button being broken. No customer service skills whatsoever. Where do I begin. This lady (the owner) is crazy. She needs to stop letting little girls without licenses do hair. I am so very dissatisfied with my daughter's hair. The previous review had to have been done by someone she knows. The braids are not professional looking. I have been to kiddie cuts plenty of times and my daughter's hair lasted for about 2 weeks. I was there on last Saturday (for the first time) and 1 week later it looks like my child needs her hair done. I will never return to this establishment. Parents pleas... read more

I took my kids here to get their hair done. This was a great place. My kids had so much fun. My daughter’s braids came out so nice. The braids lasted for a long time. My son’s hair got a nice clean fade. I would definitely take my kids here again. They also do birthday parties, and my kids told me they would love to do their party here. The salon's prices are really reasonable too. A++
