Nice costumer service
I went on a Saturday as a walk in for an oil change and as soon as we entered the spot, Ricardo Romano treated us like family. He was very helpful with everything and even ordered a part to replace my windshield wiper after I had broken it by accident. He was very friendly and fast both times I visited and was very informative with all the questions I had. He also made sure to was my car both times which was within 1 week, I don't even wash my car that often! Would visit again and recommend.
Last February, I personally took my daughter’s car to Kia Hollywood Service location for a oil change service. On 07/25 , my wife Angela Mesa ,had to take my daughter’s car back because it didn’t start or crank , required a starter. In the second diagnostic video , among other details , the technician referred to the missing bottom splash shield, which is a relatively large cover that goes screwed to the bottom of the car.
