I have never in my life experienced such a low quality of service from a car Dealership! Brought in my car for service at 7:30 AM, told Them I will pick it up later and there is no rush. 2 PM the agent Jason Raffy sends me a text telling me the car is ready, I replied a little later with “I will come pick it up later” He replies hours later at 5:20 PM with a simple “ok” CONSIDERING THE SERVICE closes at 6 pm So Instead of saying “ ok, But please come pick up the car ASAP because we close at 6, he chose to just reply with “ok... read more
3 month ago I left a 5 star review. I came back for an oil change an tire rotation. I had a scratch on my back left rim. I payed $40 + tax for the tire rotation. And I don’t know why but once I got home I decided to check. And guess what? The rim where the scratch was , was at the exact same place. On back left side. So they charge you $40 for the tire rotation and never do it. And the mechanic CLEARLY SAID THAT HE DID TIRE ROTATION. I regret my 5 star review and DO NOT RECOMEND COMING HERE. SCAMMERS! TRUE SCAM
