I am thankful for housing, but not thankful for none of the stuff here. If they are doing recipients like this what else they are doing. My worker Emmanuel is not right along with his supervisor Bianca. People understand y’all voucher. Also you can file a complaint with your local housing authority. They have Miami who is over the local office, and the regional office is in Atlanta ga. Carefully read your paperwork.
I am thankful for section 8. The employees at this place are not right you would think they paying your rent. I think they be jealous of the recipients. They are so rude that will not respond to your emails. Also they are not honest. If you want to know the truth search it up do not take their opinion. I wonder how many other recipients have been a going through this. I think sometimes they want you to lose your voucher.
Hollywood housing authority is so very accommodating and the front desk personnel ( Lydia) was very helpful and knows her job well.. Lydia made sure all my paperwork was in tact and completed correctly. In addition, the case worker( Bianca Mercado)was equally efficient, very respectful and treats everyone kindly. Bianca also explained everything that I was signing and offered to answer any questions if I had any. Even tho she had a very busy day..I would definitely recommend this office to the community..❤️
All areas are well maintained, interiors also, congratulations to the staff, magic place full of blessings
They terminated my tenant’s benefits without my knowledge. They should notify me (the landlord) in advance. It’s been more than a month I am not receiving any rent. Now I am struggling to move the tenant out. Their customer service is awful.
