I had a previous business come out and diagnose my ducting and I was left wondering, so I asked for a second opinion and this expert took the time to clean out all the vents completely and showed me the build up they found that was likely preventing airflow. Their systematic approach gave me trust in their work and they were finished in approximately 2 hours leaving everything back in order.

I expected the normal service that I had received in the past but the engineer noticed a small leak of refrigerant that needed repairing. He conducted the maintenance and repair, confirmed everything was in fine order before he went, in an hour or so.

The vent cleaning took about two hours, which seemed appropriate given the last time another service did the same job, they missed several clogged ducts that this technician promptly addressed. Seeing how he used a small camera to double-check the work afterward was reassuring.

Building management required coordination before HVAC work could start, but the technician was patient and efficient, completing a thorough heating system maintenance in just under two hours. They took the time to explain how wear on a blower component was affecting efficiency and replaced it during the visit.
