I have a black 2016 Kia Optima. The car is absolutely beautiful. Windows are blacked out, with a perfect paint finish, Until Hollywood Spa on Roosevelt got ahold of it. They scratched the paint, while drying my car. The building is dusty. They don't do a good job of keeping the drying cloths dust free. After the wash and wax job they did, my beautiful car's finish was ruined my MULTIPLE SCRATCHES. The manager admitted that the building has a major dust problem. Extremely fast service due to so many cars being serviced, not completely washed, or dried, $21 for a carwash should have more attention. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
My sister was racially profiled today at this establishment.. she asked the clerk for her money back and it was tossed in her face. she refused to pay 32.00 for the exterior only and the interior(vacuuming)was not included. do not support this business. we have a video on my regular fb page. I will make it go viral!

I've been going here for years just recently moved to Palos Park. When I'm in town I still get my car washed there. Never had an issue before they always did a great job. I've always recommended them to friends and family. After my experience Today it will be the last time. They are always busy and my car ends up dirty inside when im paying 20$ they are more focus on quickness’s than quality
