Zero communication from board and management company! There’s no way to speak to them and they take over a week to respond to email, that’s if they actually respond. If you’re considering purchasing or renting here, good luck… Update to response: We filled out the forms and returned it the same day we received them. There was no follow up from that, we did not receive any response or updates regarding the matter.
