My parents used to live there. Awful administration. They do whatever they want. Maintenance guy is rude and has no clue about anything, I think he is related to the office manager so he probably got the position because of that, he is only good at picking up trash, nothing else. There is a huge problem in the main pipe causing backed up toilets leading to floods in several units and they just do quick fixes, but never fix the problem for good, because they don't want to spend the money to fix it for good. Horrible community. They have parking lots and never use it. Instead they park in front of others houses making a big problem to get in or out of their own houses. Also the landscaping service is a mess. They just do whatever they want. I don’t recommend this place.
