I took my dog, a Boykin Spaniel to use the dog wash for the first time yesterday. I usually take him to TSC but Hollywood Feed is new and closer to home, so I thought I’d give it a try. It’s an individual dog wash room, very clean, comfortable and organized. The associate even prepared me little metal cups with the dog shampoo I chose as well as offered ear cleaning solution. This place is fantastic! Jax has helped me so many times with finding the right choices for my dogs, and he’s incredibly knowledgeable about the products they sell. The customer service is great, the aisles are easy to navigate, and they have a fantastic selection of food, treats, and toys. I always have a great experience here!
I am SO grateful for Hollywood Feed opening up! I have switched my large Wolfpack over to a kibble sold there that they absolutely love, but my review stems from my customer service experience with them so far. The same day delivery option is incredible, their staff is so helpful and nice. You can really tell they care about their customers. The pricing for bones and other options is wonderful. I will be a customer for life as long as I keep living near a Hollywood Feed!!
