I was just at my favorite store with the kindest and nicest staff and managers! Brie advised me very thoughtfully on an alternative approach to my Basset Hound ears situation… and she’s very helpful. She takes her time listening to the concerns and then advises what she believes is something that has already been working on other pups with the exact same issue. The staff is patient, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. They go out of their way to answer questions and help you find what you need. It’s refreshing to find people who are honest and genuinely care these days
