I used to love this place. I’ve been a loyal customer for over four years now with an auto ship and I’ve never had anything wrong up until last month. They changed their free shipping and my auto ship specifically was only 2 pennies away from free shipping. So instead of granting a long time, Customer, who should have rewards by the way, I think I am on a plan that’s buy 10 bags get one free and I’ve bought 4 years worth of dog food and have not yet gotten one free bag. Always great service and products!
Great staff working here. They are always so welcoming and helpful. The brands carried are excellent. Prices are great and they do price matching. The store is always fresh and clean. Lately we've also used Same Day Delivery, and it's really helped us out so much. We have four, so we are "frequent feeder" participants also.
