Amazing service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Amberg is AMAZING!!!
I took a friend for an appointment to this office. First time being seen there. Waited over an hour to be seen even after checking reason for the delay while waiting. No reason given for the delay. The receptionist apologized & called a manager who did not apologize but said there was a member of staff available to start the initial examination. The staff is completely knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. The entire experience from checking in to seeing the doctors was wonderful. I recommend Hollywood eye Institute to anyone who feels they must get their eyes looked at or have a condition that they want it to have a second opinion. This is a wonderful place to go.

Marisa from the optical department was amazing in assisting me with my glasses. Besides being very professional, she truly cared about making sure everything was handled properly. She immediately assured me that my vision glasses would be remade after an error in the process, and her kindness and attention to detail made the experience so much better. I cannot thank her enough for her outstanding customer service. I will definitely recommend her to others and will be back for my next pair of glasses!
