THE WORST Do Not Go Here Dr. Greenbalm rush service never available this doctor do not care about the Patient. Environment hostile and staff Ivonia an assistant who speak about your personal treatment in front of guests allowing everyone to hear personal information. This Facility Do Not Deserve Service. Doctor Greenbalm will speak with staff about you and not give you the proper care you deserve.
I left work to go to this appt at 2:45pm I start work at 7:30am. I wasn't called until 4:20pm I was tired and hungry. I'm a new patient so had to get a lot done I left at 5:45. What a long day! The staff were good and the doctor was nice, but the visit too long. I was also told I had dry eyes which I didn't know I had my regular doctor never told me that.
Great experience! Dr Hsu and the whole staff very knowledgeable and professional.
