When I found out I needed cataract surgery, I was so nervous and scared to have the procedure done. My friend suggested I go to Hollywood Eye Institute. From the first visit, I knew I had come to the best Eye place! Everyone I met with from Tech's doing eye tests, speaking with Doctors, and even having Jeannie, The Surgery Coordinator explain everything I needed to know about getting ready for the day of surgery and different avenues of making payments that has made my life more simple. I’m very frustrated and I hate having to leave a negative review as I don’t typically leave negative reviews… this last time I was beyond upset as I went for an eye pressure test which then turned into 3+ hours of testing. At the initial check-in I paid 126. In the 1st room we were then charged additional funds for additional tests. We were then brought to another room for more tests before being taken to another room to review tests (all of this prior to being seen by a doctor).
