I think Dr. Greenbaum is highly knowledgeable. I totally trust everything she says to me. However, the experience at the office wasn’t the best. I was there for over two hours for an emergency appointment for Bell’s palsy and then I was also prescribed medication that I was allergic to. All of these things, though I feel are very minor. I trust Dr. Greenbaum implicitly and I would never hesitate to continue to see her.
The entire staff was very friendly and helpful
My experience at the Eye Institute was mixed. The phone staff who scheduled my appointment were rude and unwelcoming—I was even cut off while asking for the address, and I almost canceled. Once I arrived, the visit was much better. The team was pleasant, and I appreciated the thorough exam and the clear explanation about proper dry eye treatment.
