Hollywood Express I cannot think of a single complaint for this store. They have a good selection of new releases, indie films, and everything else, in both DVD and VHS format. The staff at the counter has always been able to point me in the right direction when I have trouble finding a movie. They also have a good deal going with a rental coupon book to save money.
Small Neighborhood Video Store Hollywood Express has a wide variety of videos, and their prices are comparable to Blockbuster. Their selection used to be very impressive because there was only one location, however, now that there are several locations in the Cambridge/Sommerville area the availability of the video you want to see is always unpredictable.
Artie fartie fascist pot heads Expensive- Bad and rude customer service- Full of artie fartie behind the counter pot heads. Some times you can find notes in the cover cases imposing their brainless fascist opinions. One out of three movies has scratches and one out five is just damaged. This is NOT the Hollywood Express used to be in the 90's. There foreign selection is getting from bad to worst and I am sorry but... save the aggravation and save the money get Netflix!!!
