Hollywood Doors are not veteran owned as they claim. I doubt the owner JT is even a first responder. Ever seen a firefighter with a two foot beard? In Hollywood California that false advertisement might be normal but around here it’s considered deceptive and disrespectful to our actual veterans/ firefighters.
I called on Christmas Eve with a broken garage door, expecting to be told to wait til next week. TJ answered, gave an approximate arrival time, arrived on time. He quickly assessed the problem and gave me a clear cost before beginning work. His prices are very reasonable. He completed the work quickly and was polite and professional. I will be using this company for all my garage door needs in the future.
I called JT in the morning and by 2:00 p.m. he was here fixing my door, not only did he give me a great price but he noticed that one of the sensors was in bad shape so he replaced it at no charge. I can't say enough about JT, he is a gentlemen and all he wants to do is to make the customer happy and he surely did. I don't know why anyone would use anyone else. Thank you JT
