JT at Hollywood Door was responsive, he was punctual, provided quality work, and was very cost-effective. It’s hard finding contractors today like JT. He did what he said said he would do when he said he would do it. I would highly recommend him and Jollywood Door to anyone
Poor quality work. The door they installed already has gaps letting in cold air. I paid extra for weatherproofing, but it looks like they rushed the job. Not worth the money.
Very disappointed. The technician showed up late and left without fully fixing the issue. My garage door still jams, and no one is returning my calls.
Overpriced for the poor quality of service. They installed a new door that started making loud noises within days. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
JT and his wife that accompanied him on this call were both great! I'm very pleased with the service received. An added benefit is he's a former first-responder and comes from a family with lengthy military service connection. This is the kind of business I want to support always. Thank you!!
