They were OUT OF NETWORK for my insurance plan, they knew it and had my insurance info, but they DID NOT tell me. I end up pay more than I could have. The Dentisit who treated me, she did not even know if they are OUT OF NETWORK for Metlife PDP. When I brought this up, other Dentists and Staff were rude to me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
the most important thing when you go to dentist to have an appointment and to come on time. but when a doctor come late and the doctor come late and i mean late more than once,that hurt especially you are having some other work to do outside...
