Paid $80 for the premium package and was disappointed. When I got home, I noticed the pedals and footrest were still dirty—they clearly weren’t cleaned. I called and was told it was likely salt, but it wiped off easily, so it was just missed. I was asked to come back, but I don’t have time for that. For the price, I expected much better attention to detail.
