I had the best experience with Avery and I am absolutely obsessed with my haircut! I cut off a lot of hair, and she took her time to make sure we landed on the perfect length—never rushing, and always checking in to ensure I was comfortable. Postmenopausal and also on hormone blockers due to cancer, my hair is very very very very thin and fine. I decided to try the salon and was looked after by Athena. At first it seemed to be a very plain cut and I thought, "Well, I guess that's just the way it is for me now," but when I washed my hair the next day and styled it it looked really nice but not as thick as the day before. This is the best place. The service is excellent, and they really help you choose the haircut you need. There is no long waiting time, and they attend to you very quickly. Highly recommended!
The worst service you can get in town. The work hours are not respected and the main service that's being offered seems to be gossip, as opposed to quality hair cut. I strongly urge people to look elsewhere, for a business that cares about clients and wants them to return. Hollywood at Cambrian Mall is definitely not one of such places. I believe Santiago cut my hair. It was terrible, and he didn’t follow any of my instructions, despite being thoroughly clear and showing a 360 video of the mod cut I wanted. I asked for the hair to stay right above the eyes, and he went above the eyebrows. I also explained how I wanted the hair to cover my ears and for the back to remain bulky, just completely ignored that.
