Good luck getting anyone to help you here..I even tried contacting the Tim the chief structural inspector and he never responded to any emails, texts or calls. Had to go to the city manager to get help after 6 weeks of receiving the wrong information from several employees at the permitting department.
Now that the office has been revamped the agents are helpful. Process is more streamlined
