I was recently also scammed on this site, did a online rental and showed up with my group to find out there was no boat and no rental. this is after 3 confirmation emails. 3 confirmation texts and we even filled out a liability waiver that was sent. The actual boats and rental places are not associated with this website and it seems it some sort of third party.
Booked a reservation through their website and showed up the next day to be told that the boat I booked wouldn’t start probably because of the storm that came through a few days prior. That’s fine, I get it. But when I called to get my $70 deposit back, they said that they couldn’t refund my money because they were a 3rd party rental company and Hollywood boat rentals take the money for the down payment. we called them said we could go at 3 , we aren’t from here so we asked for help & they said they will call us back & never called us back no help what so ever. geuss there loss didn’t get there money lol
