Totally taken for a ride at this location! I stopped at the U-city location to get a wig before catching my flight. I was helped at the back of the store by a lady with an accent. I asked about a u-part wig and she said they are “buy one, get one free”. I was in a hurry to catch my flight so I just agreed and bought two wigs. When I was sticking the wig in my suitcase, I thought about it and decided to look up the wigs I had just purchased. Very helpful and nice
They don’t know about their own store promotions that are going on. Check instagram first and then show them the screen. They will let you pay full price for something that’s on sale. Before I even saw their instagram page I bought 2 packs of pre-stretched hair yesterday and they didn’t even tell me the 3rd pack is free. Check social media before shopping here. Older man’s tone towards me is the reason I’m going to try a different location.
Store wasn’t open when I arrived today. Although the timesheet says they are open. They had the doors locked and lights off. Disappointed.
