I will admit when I booked my appointment today I was a little skeptical that it would go well due to previous bad experiences with Hollywood, but I really needed a Hair and Beard cut as soon as possible so got an appointment with Santiago and I must say I am quite impressed with the results, He gave me exactly what I wanted with my hair and cut down and shaped my beard much better than I was expecting, I will definitely be booking appointments with him in the future.
I got a hair cut by a young lady that was an apprentice and she did exactly what I wanted for a haircut then one of the senior barbers came over and started messing with my hair and started cutting showing her what to do and then my haircut got ruined and the senior barber was gossiping about the apprentice and saying rude things
The difference in vibes and friendliest between this Hollywood and Station Mall is indescribable. Everyone here is very welcoming, offering help, making sure all our needs are met, etc. Avery cut my toddlers hair and she was excellent. Very friendly, connected with him and myself, and the cut was great. We'll definitely be back!
