Cold water for the shower. Stove top worked on and off and couldn’t finish cooking the eggs. We complained and they gave us a second room with hot shower but then with the do not disturb sign they came into the room while my wife was showing! Completely unacceptable.
Excellent service and clean rooms I would highly recommend staying here as the place to go in Hollywood. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful especially the front desk, Ryan is professional and makes sure your stay is an excellent one. He should be managing the whole operation. Best place to stay for the value.
2nd year I visited and stayed for my birthday. Never disappointed. Will be back again next year. Absolutely 💯
