Terrible customer service. Purchased a Groupon for $55 worth of services with Kena. Problem was there's no way to make an appointment. I called 4 times over a period of a week, left a voicemail message each time and was never called back. I called the Hollywood Beach Tower hoping they could transfer me directly to the salon but they said "Kena runs the salon. You have to call her." It shouldn't be this hard to get a haircut. I contacted Groupon and got a refund.

This salon is by appointment only, and offers very limited services. Hair only, no manicures or pedicures, and very expensive.
