Have been going to this gym since 7/2016 and live it! Chris is the best ... I highly recommend his classes and this facility.

This is my favorite gym for many reasons. The atmosphere is very friendly and casual the owners classes are the best I have ever participated in and I get the best results of my life from his training.
Chris Newton, the owner, worked with me from 2014 through 2017. I had to let him go after he was going to be drunk at our gym twice. After letting him go, it was devastating to find out he was had inappropriate relationships with more than one female in our gym. Neither of those behaviors are things one just stops doing. There is no way I would trust that he would stay away from drinking forever or stay faithful to his wife. For those reasons there are too many other gyms that are worthy of checking out
