Holey Moley it was a flop! This hair salon was a complete disappointment. Staff were unprofessional, rushed, and inattentive. My appointment started late, communication was poor, and the haircut was uneven and nothing like requested. The salon felt unhygienic, overpriced, and careless, leaving me frustrated, unhappy, and unwilling to ever return after this terrible experience overall. I left with micro bayangs.

HollyMolly Hair 다녀왔는데 진짜 만족스러워서 리뷰 남겨요! 처음 방문이라 조금 긴장했는데 들어가자마자 분위기도 편안하고 너무 친절해서 바로 마음이 놓였어요. 특히 Sammy가 담당해주셨는데, 제 머리가 염색이 잘 안드는데 정말 꼼꼼하게 체크하면서 봐주셔서 감동이었어요. 무작정 유행하는 스타일을 권하는 게 아니라, 제 얼굴형이랑 손질 습관까지 고려해서 제일 잘 어울리는 방향으로 상담해주셨어요. 설명도 이해하기 쉽게 해주시고, 중간중간 괜찮은지 계속 체크해주셔서 믿고 맡길 수 있었어요. 커트/컬러 전부 너무 만족스럽고, 집에 와서도 손질하기 쉬운 게 제일 좋았어요. 확실히 경험 많고 센스 있는 디자이너라는 게 느껴졌어요. 주변에서 머리 잘어울린다고 브리즈번에서 미용실 찾고 계신 분들께 HollyMolly Hair 진짜 추천하고 싶어요. 특히 Sammy는 믿고 맡겨도 후회 없을 거예요. 다음에도 꼭 다시 방문할게요!

I came in for a hair colour service and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. My hairdresser was Sammy, and from the initial consultation, I could immediately tell how professional and attentive they were. Sammy took the time to carefully assess my hair condition, previous colour, and the overall look I was hoping for. I’m writing this review on behalf my sister who is too devastated herself to even write this. I am genuinely shocked this salon has a 4.7 rating, because this is the worst outcome I’ve ever witnessed from a hair salon. My sister came in for a simple blonde root retouch. The lengths of her hair were already blonde from a year prior. What she wanted did not require anything complex. Instead of listening, she was handed a colour board as if this were a nail salon.
