Great service great staff.
Stoped by today to look for a nice used 16in womens bike so i could buy a bike and support new leash on life but couldnt find one my size .Big thanks to les and his great staff for always supporting new leash on life and chatauqua humane society .Two great groups of amazing people who work hard all year round. loved the store its very nice and the staff is awsome .
Hollyloft Ski & Bike is awesome; clean, courteous service, thoughtful, patient, inclusive, fair... You have to see for yourself; Les Johnson is an icon in the community. Do yourself a favor and spend your money at a place that truly cares about it's customers; so rare these days. Enjoy!!
Great sales and service team with decades of experience. The boot fitting in particular is excellent. I recently bought a pair of Atomic Hawx downhill boots and could not possibly be happier. I’ve skied for 35 years and instructed for 5. These are by far the most comfortable and best performing boots that I have ever had and it is largely because of how well they were fitted to my feet. Needed a new pair of ski boots as I wore out my last pair. Tom helped with the fit and I walked out with a great new pair of ski boots for a great price (and fantastic color)! Very friendly service and good options! Love buying local!
I have had trouble getting a ski boot to fit my feet for years. I live out of state and heard about Hollyloft and their boot fitters. I made the trip and Les, the owner, assessed my feet and within minutes he identified the problem. He then made the necessary adjustments and the boots fit "like a glove". Les and his staff were not only knowledgeable, but kind and genuine. I would HIGHLY recommend Les and Hollyloft for any ski or biking needs. I know I'll be back!
