Excellent and quick service. Doctors and staff are incredibly efficient and helpful.
New appointment system online is very easy to use! I found the process easy and fast when booking an appointment for my daughter. Much prefer this way! My 2 year old had an appointment within hours (plenty to choose from) with Marc the practice Paramedic and he was great with her! Made me feel at ease and gave advice on what to do next.
Couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery. Haven't seen a doctor in over 3 years, admin staff don't talk to each other. From bad to worse, for someone with long term mental health, they know how to pile on unnecessary pressure, think you can take time off work just to wait for them to telephone me, won't combine talk about blood results with talk about medication, they don't have the time.
