Working as a support worker at Hollyburn Family Services was a deeply disappointing experience. The management was chaotic and unsupportive, and the work environment was fraught with tension. I consistently felt overworked and underappreciated, and my feedback was routinely dismissed. The pay was also subpar compared to other organizations in the field, and there were few opportunities for career growth. In short, I cannot in good conscience recommend working as a support worker at Hollyburn Family Services.
