She was quick to respond to our emails and wrote up very detailed PDF proposals with pictures and prices literally the day after we talked. She worked with us to keep us within our desired budget. I had a few "inspiration" pictures and general color scheme of florals that I wanted and presented those to Holly at our first meeting. Otherwise, I was pretty hands off.
