Appointment scheduled for May 28, 2024, made a month prior, and was told the Dr isn't seeing new patients after arriving. The lady at the front desk was very rude and stated phone calls were made to cancel the appointments, but I informed her that was not a true statement. She offered the Nurse Practitioner, which I declined. There was no apology for my inconvenience, just a look of "I don't know what else to tell you." If the Dr is anything like her staff, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
