Dr. Wurtz recommended trying neuro feedback to help improve my sleep as well as reduce my stress level. I did neuro feedback for three months three times a week . During times of my highest stress my sleep was very good. This was totally due to neuro feedback . I recommend it to anyone who is trying to reduce their stress as well as improve your sleep. Dr Wurtz is really a terrific doctor.

I think her biggest credit would be that when I saw a highly regarded MD specialist for MCAS-... read more
