No waiting professional great doctor
My wife, who was quite ill at the time, called her office several ties asking for a nurse or Dr to call back. It's been several days now and we have heard nothing from her office. I don't understand how a medical professional can behave this way with seemingly no care or sense of responsibility towards her patient. Update: A week later, we finally got a response.
