Absolutely unacceptable experience. I received a reminder text at 2:24 PM the day before my appointment stating to call if I needed to reschedule or cancel. I did exactly that and called shortly after only to be met with immediate rudeness from the doctor himself. Dr. Yong is possibly the best vet we have seen. We called looking for help with an acute onset illness in our 11 year old Queensland Heeler. Our heeler has only ever seen a mobile vet because he is easier to treat in home for a variety of reasons. After listening to us explain Snoopy’s resistance to vet care and his current symptoms, Dr. Yong did not hesitate to offer options to see him same day. Took puppies to Holly Vet Clinic after searching for an independently owned clinic for several weeks and so glad I did. Dr. Jong and Mia work very well together and managed two 12 week old energy permeated puppies like real pros. Excellent experience. Thank you!
Extremely disappointed with the care at Holly Vet Clinic. My dog came home from a dental cleaning with a new heart murmur and an unfinished procedure. Dr. Yong provided no follow-up or explanation regarding the heart issue, leaving us to handle the fallout ourselves. I ended up having to pay a second clinic to redo the entire procedure. Unprofessional communication and incomplete medical care. Avoid if you want peace of mind for your pet.
I brought my dog here and it was a great experience, the doctor was informative and listened to all my concerns. The assistant was very helpful, they treated me well and I will be returning here for my future Veterinary Services.
