Heads up to all my active-duty brothers and sisters: If you're enrolled in Tricare Prime Remote, save yourself the trip—this urgent care facility does not accept it. That said, the staff was respectful and kind. The lady who helped me was genuinely apologetic and seemed truly upset she had to turn me away. Maybe it's time they reconsider what insurances are accepted, especially when sitting in the Purple Heart Village.
Very efficient, friendly and quick. They treated my husband for cellulitis with an injection & prescription.
The staff was super nice and helpful. I am from out of town and they treated me with such compassion and care. Thank you all for your big hearts. ❤️
I came in to be seen for a cut on my knee. My insurance wasn't covered with them and I was going to be charged $100+ dollars for the service. The Doctor on staff was kind enough to come and take a look at it before anything was decided. After examining it he said I need to go the ER. Before leaving he put some bandages on it to help keep the cut closed. This is a great place to go and be seen for medical advice.
Totally awesome experience, went in with poison ivy got in right away and out dr and staff awesome, if need to return thats the place I'm gonna go
