I gave them a 5 star because they are always nice and helpful and explain your copay or deductible, making sure there are no huge surprises and I appreciate that. I do wish they would update the rooms a lil or get a really good cleaning person. Just a little basic in there and some of the equipment needs updating. No serious complaints. They always take care of me
Terrible experience. My 5yr old is extremely sick and we have been waiting 48hrs for them just to call his prescription in. We have had to call 4 times in 24 hrs and it this moment, STILL NO PRESCRIPTIONS!!!!
I have used this facility several times. I will never recommend or visit this urgent care again. I have insurance. I was told when I went in that my insurance covered the visit, and the it was only a $10 copay. Every visit I paid $10 and never had an issue until recently. I used this urgent care a few times over the years because it was cheap (OR SO I THOUGHT). Come to find out I am getting billed HUNDREDS of dollars from 2 year old medical bills that they just now randomly decided my insurance didn't pay enough to make them... read more
Listen to everything I was I was worried about. Helped me find a pharmacy that was easy to afford my medication. They were very kind and helpful!
Love this Urgent Care. It’s always pretty quick to be seen, and receive quality care! Dr. Rob was so compassionate and did not rush like so many healthcare professionals do today. Highly recommend Holly Urgent Care and Dr. Rob!
