Made an online order for a friends family funeral the next day. The owner called and complained that she had emergencies that morning and just got to her store at 11 am. So there was no way to get it to “the reserve” in time. Also repeats herself saying she’s the only florist who “delivers out there on the reserve”. Tells me she’s delivering to the home and not to the funeral, as requested. Gets upset saying I should have given her more time for my delivery.
