We had a fantastic experience at Holly Tree Dental. The staff were very kind and professional, and included myself and my child (the patient) in the consultation conversation. We were given treatment options, age appropriate considerations, recommendations for how to be comfortable at the appointment, etc. I appreciated that the clerical staff were able to contact my insurance company for preapprovals and direct billing. We had such an amazing experience everyone there was so lovely and kind . Made the experience for my 4 year so great. My little guy has autism and is non verbal and he was so comfortable and happy during his entire visit with amazing staff .
Amazing service and caring team, including patience as needed for those on the Autism spectrum (such as my own children). They were willing to accommodate and extend the time they were eligible to stay as Holly Tree clients until our kids felt more comfortable to transfer to our family dentist. Thank you for your service over all these years.
