RUN AWAY - not worth your time or frustration! This is a horrible place to live. The management is generally clueless. The apartment was overpriced, and in poor condition when we moved in. Our meticulous reporting of problems was no use, as they charged us for damages that we reported and sued us when we refused the pay.

Nice place to live This complex is a great location, a short walk to Old Town. The apartments are well maintained with nice underground parking. The train also has a stop right next to the apartment which is very convinient for commuting. Other ammenities include a pool and a gym.
Very nice apartments with spacious floor plan. Helpful office staff with weekend hours. Maintenence is responsive and quick. Grounds are kept very clean, underground parking garage is gated, and facilities include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, workout room,and barbeque area. Great location, close to the 210 and 134 freeways, and a block away from the famous Colorado Boulevard! Highly recommended.
