Lady (pharmacist) was very RUDE. We went there with an electronic prescription for nexgard for our dog. The lady didn’t even ask to see the prescription. She just said NO I don’t accept electronic prescriptions. She said that it needed to be paper prescription or sent by the doctor. Two things Lady; 1. There is no difference between a paper prescription vs me printing the prescription 2. Who do you think sent us the prescription? The doctor. This place is the bees knees. Limited hours can be tricky, but not a problem for us. Someone answers the phone when you call and you’re normally in and out in 2 minutes!! Amazing!!! CVS/Walgreens could never… We have had some harder to get scripts and they order them etc just the same as the big brands. Always helpful and friendly.
Truly the best and hardest working pharmacist! They are responsive and understanding. I have a unique situation because I have had 2 brain surgeries and depend on medications. They are always so helpful! Highly recommend
