This is the best place you will ever visit. Everyone is super friendly and listens to what is wrong. They will go the extra mile to make sure your comfortable and get what you need. I also need hear aids. I never once felt pressured in to buying something I couldn't afford. I so excited to work with this team.

Dr. Mansfield, Tasha and Amanda are incredible. They are taking wonderful care of my 85 year old mother. Dr. Mansfield even met us after normal business hours, due to my mother being in pain If you need an ENT, please do not hesitate and contact Dr. Mansfield's office right away!

Rarely today do you find the level of client-focused service that Shana Moore and the entire practice provide. On this visit to check my hearing aids, Shana checked their functionality and status of updates, took them apart, cleaned them and gave me new supplies. She is so efficient, friendly and professional. If you need hearing aids, call them. You'll be as pleased as I am with the experience.

My appointment was at 8:40. At 8:40, the audiologist took me back for a couple of tests. It turned out that my insurance wouldn’t cover, so I declined the tests. I was back in the waiting room 5 minutes later. The audiologist was very kind and professional. At 9:40, I was told it would be another 20 minutes before they could put me in a room to be seen for the rest of my appointment. An hour and 20 minute wait before I’m even brought into an exam room? First thing in the morning? They must have more patients than they need.

Dr. Mansfield is wonderful. He was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and took his time explaining what he thinks is likely causing my tinnitus. I had to have steroid shots in both ears and as uncomfortable as it was, he talked me through everything so I knew exactly what to expect. The office is clean and welcoming, the receptionist is kind and efficient, and Shana is a highly-skilled audiologist who had no problem answering my million questions. :) The office is about 7 minutes from my house, and I’m SO glad I found this... read more
