Wonderful
So these have been fine, nothing special but I go to them for well women appointments and to get script filled. I had an appointment scheduled and they cancelled the appointment on me and then said they can't refill a prescription which I would have gotten filled in said appointment. I already had an appointment on the books, but for some reason, they still can't look at the facts and fill my script.
She actually listened to my issues, helped me understand PCOS umbrella conditions and put real effort on treatment plan.
Save your time and money She super unprofessional and clearly she have no idea what she is doing. I went to see her because I have a problem We did blood work, after a week I had to call them to ask about the results. After the results come good I keep asking her what is the next step and she just ignore me.
I don’t get too enthused to see the Gynecologist ever. I’m really bad at scheduling post IUD insertion appointments due to time and money and all sorts of other things. Dr Shen was 100% excellent. She had a very laid back demeanor and even though my insertion was more uncomfortable than it’s ever been, everyone handled it great. This time I did schedule the follow up. ☺️ Thanks for taking good care of me, guys!
