Staff was excellent and kind dealing with our little old pup when the time came to send him over the rainbow bridge.
We came here when my senior Boston Terrier got extremely ill and was on the verge of passing away. He was severely lethargic, was having trouble breathing, and had refused to eat or drink on his own for weeks. Banfield's solution was to shrug shoulders at me (literally) and say "well we don't know what's going on, so keep trying to feed him and bring him back in 3-4 weeks".
