I wanted to start out by saying this happened a while ago it has just taken time for me to calm down and write a level headed comment. I came to this practice for help with my adopted cat’s cough. I had informed the Vet Tec that I have only had her for two days and I’m not sure how she would react when being touched due to her being a rescue from a bad situation. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Holly Ridge Veterinary Hospital and their entire staff. They saved my puppy’s life, and I will be forever grateful to every one there that helped her and cheered her on when she got better. We have been with this practice through the good, the bad, and some incredibly scary emergencies. Every single time, the doctors and staff have all treated every one of our animals with such compassion, patience and genuine care. All 3 of my dogs go to them as well as our cat. Do not recommend. Walked in with my dog experiencing an emergency and was denied due to doctors being booked. Would rather let your dog die than to take 15 minutes to just check on them.. not an animal hospital
My experience at this veterinarian was absolutely amazing! This was our first time coming in, and Jessica made everything so simple and comfortable. She took such great care of my Bella and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient throughout the entire visit. Thank you so much, Jessica, for making our first experience such a wonderful one! We truly appreciate you and all the care you gave to Bella.
