Read the recent news articles about Holly Plaza and you’re forced to assume that these 4 or 5 star reviews are either fake or they’re coming from the management company. Seriously, do your research before you consider living here. Oh wait - you can’t live here because it’s been condemned due to hazardous mold. I am disgusted by how the Town of Holly Ridge, Pendergraph, HUD, and other partners have treated the former residents. Gross negligence and sick abuse of “power”.
Plan on applying property manager is always very sweet and informative when I’ve called! Looking forward to hopefully living there soon! :)
