I had been a patient at this practice for 10 years. I had great care for a multitude of issues.(Crohn's, hypothyroidism, my Tbi, the degenerative disc disease, and frozen shoulder, torn rotator cuff, a torn glenoid labrum) I WAS WELL TAKEN CARE OF UNTIL GAIL. After my most recent experience i would NEVER recommend this office. My grandmother has COPD, last week they changed her medication meant to help with her diagnosis (shes been trying to find the right meds for a while) She starts having issues breathing, High blood pressure. First thing Monday morning, my grandfather calls the doctors office to get their opinion on what they should do. They didn’t hear from them for an hour and a half. They dont return calls. My parents are elderly. My mom once again was put on a new med for her blood pressure. It didnt make it better nothing has. It made it sky rocket and she called the office and left a message first thing in the morning to have them call her to see what she should do. After about an hour with no call back or answering their phones. My mom went the the ER.. An after the day was over there was still no call back to tell her what to do or to check in on her...I find this unacceptable and that they dont car... read more
I hereby declare to rescind my bad review from yesterday. These people came through with re-upping my Blood Pressure pills and I'm picking these very valuable pills up this AM. So now I only gotta walk 2mi instead of 15mi. I can do that. Thank You Holly Ridge!!!!!!!
