Holly Ridge Estates MHP has been a such a great community to reside in the past couple of years. The rules implemented at the park make it look stunning and clean all year long. The environment of the neighborhood is very safe and friendly. Management has excellent communication. Neighbors are helpful. The location of the park is phenomenal. It is close to the highway, school, restaurant’s ,etc. Such a great community to live in. Highly recommend!!!!!!

I've been living here for over two years now and it's been great very clean park the owner and manager are good people.
Not for me
I have lived here a year with positive things to say. The owner and manager were very helpful with making sure I am comfortable and my home was correctly set up. There are rules and expectations that are not unreasonable which makes for a well kept and clean mobile home park. I cannot say enough about how nice and helpful all of my neighbors are.
